With the super cold temperatures on Christmas Eve, the power went out and left Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey, Bellevue, Carey & Fairfield without power. It was a very crazy night and Christmas. We are very grateful that we have a wood stove to keep us warm, several oil lamps and candles to see, and each other to keep company. We didn't get power our power back on until 5:00 PM on Christmas day. However, it was a memorable day as we had to surpass our prime rib dinner for soup cooked atop the woodstove.
