I saw an amazing chicken wire ghost on a blog here and decided to try my luck at making my own. Here's how she turned out.

Bike Rodeo May 2010

The Ketchum Police Department does a bike rodeo every year and Nate has to help out. (And all the rest of the officers).  So, we all went along.  LeRissa and Alyona helped out at some stations - what sweeties.

When you can tell you're done eating...

For Aly, it's simple, when she's full, usually.

For Tanise, it's when she doesn't want to eat her carrots.

For Tiana, it's when she starts acting silly.

Way too tempting for sister...  LeRissa, nooooooooooo!

Miscellaneous May Meyham

OK, please don't laugh at me.  My eyes were dialated and I had to wake up really early for the Eye Doctor's appt in Boise.  I hate driving...

 When Keri visits, we make her work.  I'm glad she still comes despite that.

OK, now, I would call that a quakey, quaken aspen...  not a willow....

If you know Tiana, you'll know that she's begging me to go in and start doing her homework.  Really!  She likes it!

Outside in May 2010

OK, I admit, it's pretty cold outside.  That's all I can say reasonably.  Tanise listened to me on the wear a winter coat bit, but I guess I forgot to say on your body, not hanging down.  :)

 OK, Mom, let us go in, we're cooooooolllllllddddddd!!!!!

 Well, at least jumping makes us warm :)

Tanise is my most avid jumper.  She's always open to go and jump on the trampoline.  And what GREAT excercise it is.  No wonder she's so strong.

Chance made us sisters, Hearts made us friends.

Having sisters is super fun.  Especially with the music cranked up.

While not ALL the sisters are here, this is all that would fit in the front seat while we were waiting in the car for someone.

Wow, these guys sure can make me laugh ;)

Spring 2010

Spring was a very exciting time for our family.  We were able to add 2 more girls to our household who we love and adore.  These beautiful girls have made such a wonderful addition to our family.  Our Heavenly Father has been such a part of these girls' lives.  They are absolutely amazing.

Tiana is such a character!  She is never short on spunk or giggles.  She is a peacemaker and is forever keeping us entertained.

Tanise is pretty shy and reserved at first, but when you can get her going, she is an absolute hoot!!!  She is such a smart alec.  Half the time she doesn't even know what she's saying, but she knows it's funny. 

If you haven't noticed by now, yes, the girls are twins.  They grew up in Haiti.  We will forever be blessed by them and their special souls in our family.

Oh, and we moved.  We had to have a bigger house!  Surprizingly, we went from 4 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms.  5 kids.  However, one of the bedrooms is so large that 4 children can fit in the room; beds, dressers and vanity sink with room to spare!  Inspirationally, we started looking for a larger home before the girls came to live with us.  We didn't even know they were coming and the larger home wasn't necessary at that point, but as we all know, the Lord does things for a reason.

Rockin' the 80's

I've had very few minutes to get on the computer lately, but I just had to share this picture of Aly today. All of the 8th graders had to perform in a lip sync today at school for their grade. Aly has been worried about this since last year. But, she was in a group of 5 kids - so that's not so bad, is it? They had to dress in "80's" fashion. Aly played the electric guitar (thanks Cole!) - they sang, "Come on Feel the Noize."

Happy New Years 2010

We brought in the New Year with a trip to Penny Hill.

These little innertubes really booked it down the hill!

LeRissa after getting whiplash going through the ditch and getting whitewashed by Nate! Not a happy camper.

Aly had a ton of fun despite her dislike of snow. ;)
